Reiki Level I - Part A & B
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes
healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen
"life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the
whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects
that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Reiki is a healing
modality that works well with other healing techniques and can amplify any practice, any
lifestyle.
In this class you will learn the Fundamentals of Reiki Energy Healing and learn to utilize
a variety of techniques in order to channel and direct the natural flow of the universal life
force. Self-healing is the first step and a continuing process for a true Reiki practitioner.
From the first attunement to Reiki 1 level you will be able to do self-healings as well as
have the techniques and energy to work on loved ones and clients.
Training Benefit
Upon completion of this training program you will receive a certificate of completion from The Heart Touch Project. The Heart Touch Project is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider (450864-08).

Day 1: Theory and Practice (3 hours)
In this first class, we discuss the fundamentals of Reiki and begin to practice feeling and
moving energy with one another.

21 Day Break between the sessions gives you the time and the opportunity to
integrate what you’ve learned, read through the printed materials, and your Reiki
Manual, practice on yourself and others, do your homework, come up with questions,
rest and prepare for the final class.

Day 2 Review & Practice Session (3 hours)
In this final class, we will practice Reiki on each other and share our healing experiences.
