Our Service Partners

The Heart Touch Project is privileged to be partnered with the following hospitals and hospice groups that graciously provide service opportunities for the volunteers we train.

Children’s Program

After completing six months of service to a hospice patient and completing the additional Children’s Program trainings, a volunteer applies to one of the following hospitals and completes its privileging requirements, which the hospital established to protect the safety and welfare of the patients in their care. Typically volunteers commit to one year of service at the hospital.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center

Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA

Hospice Program

During the Heart Touch Training in Compassionate Touch, participants are matched with a hospice group that is located close to them. The participant serves at that hospice as a volunteer and its Volunteer Coordinator assigns a client to the volunteer. Generally hospice volunteers commit to one year of service.
